These terms cover use of the Shop, Admin-linked APIs, and related B2B services for dry-install building materials.

Orders: standard and custom orders follow platform status rules. Prices and commitments become binding only after human confirmation of required commercial documents (quote/PI/scheme).

AI: outputs are drafts only. AI must not change prices, place orders, confirm payments, or disclose supplier costs. Unconfirmed inquiry fields cannot enter formal quote/PI/order paths.

Liability: product performance and CE/DoP obligations remain with the manufacturer/supplier named on certificates. The platform does not replace manufacturer declarations.
