Privacy policy

This policy explains how EU Build Hub (buildhubeu.com) processes personal data. The platform is intended for businesses and professional buyers (B2B). It provides a catalogue of dry-install building materials and AI-assisted drafts; it does not manufacture or sell products directly. Processing takes place in the EU (Frankfurt business database and Azure OpenAI in Sweden). Authenticated sensitive data is not processed via Vercel SSR.

Purposes (GDPR Art. 6: contract performance and legitimate interests): account authentication, order/inquiry fulfilment, support, AI draft assistance (never automated commercial decisions or automatic contract conclusion), security/audit logs, and GDPR export/erasure requests. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention: account and order records for the commercial relationship and as required by law; AI conversation drafts for a limited operational period; export/erasure request logs for audit. We respond to valid erasure requests without undue delay and within one month (GDPR Art. 12(3)), except where retention is legally required.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. Use My account → GDPR tools, or contact the controller below. We do not make solely automated commercial decisions within the meaning of GDPR Art. 22.
